☆ At this time, we do not offer full refunds for Consultations or Courses. Reason being - the moment you book an appointment or enroll in a course, we immediately start preparing your curriculum for the courses. We begin preparing videos, worksheets.....etc. We like each experience to be as personalized as possible. As soon as you book or Enroll, you recieve either an email or phonecall from the staff welcoming you and asking you tailored questions to see where you are in your fashion journey. The same thing with consultations, so we can get a feel of you. We want to make this inexperience you will never forget!

☆ 50% refunds can be refunded under certain circumstances. If you cancel your appointment or course within 5 days of the due date, you can receive half.

☆ If you do not cancel within the 5 day period, you will not receive any amount.
